Owned and operated by Zach Schmitt. Zach’s real estate, life experiences, and strong core values, combined with PMI’s national success is a formula for maximizing owner profitability while preserving the value of assets under management.
Zach attended Saint Louis University High School and was congressionally nominated to the United States Air Force Academy in 2001. After graduating USAFA in 2005, he was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. In 2008, Zach received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Colorado State University. Zach separated from the Air Force as a Captain in 2012 and transitioned to Corporate America.
Zach has proven himself in business by excelling in both the Air Force and the corporate world, holding positions such as Missile Combat Commander, Western Range Operations Commander, Regional Sales Manager, Senior District Manager and, most recently, Key Account Executive. August Busch III used to say, “Making Friends is Our Business” and that is a core competency Zach has lived by throughout his professional career. He also has his real estate salesperson’s license.
In addition to his dedication to grow PMI STL Metro into a successful property management company, Zach and his wife, Karen, are active in their children’s school, sports and volunteer activities. Zach and Karen have twin boys that would break even the most seasoned property manager 😉.
